Step 1.  Choose your search from the Products page.

Step 2. Add your product to the Shopping Cart.

Step 3.  In the Shopping Basket, click Checkout.  (This is not the purchase step)  This step will take you to a page that will ask you to provide information which will help the investigator with the search.

Step 4. Click "Next"  This will take you to a page that will ask for information necessary to continue the purchase of your search, i.e.,name,credit card #.   ECI is a secure purchasing program.

Step 5.  Click "Next".

Information you can provide which will expedite the search: 

        The person's name, nicknames, maiden name, and/or prior married names and/or any possible alias'.  The name of a spouse can help to locate a joint record such as "Bill and Mary Johnson".

         Date of birth and/or social security numbers if available.

         Age or age range (i.e. 40-45 years of age) is very helpful. 

         Last known address (city, state) and/or phone number, no matter how old, can be very helpful in locating your person.

         Type of any  professional licenses held (or possibly held) by the person.  A state of issue is also helpful. 

         Names and last known addresses of relatives of your person. 

     When ordering a child support or judgment collections credit report you must provide the Court name, Case name and number; the subject's social security number, date of birth and a prior address.  If you don't have the SSAN and DOB, please order a People Finder Search indicating it is the basis for an ordered credit report. 

When ordering a Personal Background Report or Asset Search you must include the persons true name, date of birth and/or a Social Security Number. If you do not have this information, please order a people finder search indicating this is the basis for a more advanced search.  Be sure this is the person you are seeking before ordering a more advanced search.
