By submitting an order for any ICSsearch.com product you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Depending upon the information you supply, it may or may not result in locating a person. For example, a search for "John Smith" without further information, will return thousands of records.  It is your responsibility to provide sufficent information to identify a particular person from others with the same name. Please review the Getting Started link found in the navigation bar of each page. Some persons may have no record.  In the event the People Finder Search results in multiple records, not distinguishable from each other, a report of the first five records "most likely" to be your person will be reported.  It will be up to you to make contact with these persons to locate the person of interest.

3.  In the event of a "no record" search result, you will be notified, and your search will be repeated for you in 30 days at no extra charge.  This time period allows data bases to update, and for you to possibly provide additional information.

4.  Orders for Personal Background Reports and Asset Searches are non-refundable.  Personal Background Reports and Asset Searches do not include a People Finder search. Unless you provide a true name and a date of birth or social security number or a verifiable address, we suggest  you first order the People Finder Search and are satisfied this is the person you seek.

5.  As we do not own the information provided, ICS can make no warranty as to the accuracy of the information returned based on your search criteria.  ICS will report the best available information available from its data providers. ICSsearch makes every reasonable effort to use the most comprehensive data providers for specific searches.

6.  ICS assumes no liablity for use of the information provided and you agree to hold ICS harmless for any actions you take in response to the information received.

7.  By submitting an order for a People Finder Search, you attest you are not prohibited from contact with that person by reason of court orders, terms of probation or parole and that you will not violate any law in attemptting to make contact with the person of interest.

8.  Gender, race and physical description are not searchable.  Juvenile and medical records are protected and will not be searched.

9.  Legal Process Service will include at least two service attempts.  Process fees include a due diligence "not found".

10.  Telephone/Cell phone search is a "Hit or no Hit" search.  Search results cannot be guaranteed.
